Billing

Sessions can be paid by cash, check, HSA, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. 

At this time Dr. Cooper is only accepting United Health/Optum,  Oxford Health Plans, UHC Student Resources, Optimum, All Savers, AvMed, Golden Rule, Oscar, UMR, Cigna, and Aetna insurances. 

Unfortunately community or state health programs such as Medicaid or Medicare are not accepted.

Insurance is not accepted for evaluations.  All evaluations are self-pay.

Self-pay rates are $150 to 200 for therapy, please inquire for evaluations.
